This patch we've got some changes to some existing effects, as well as a new gutter cap effect. We're also changing how playlists work and the first step is in this patch.

System Changes
Playlists started on the mobile app will go to the next effect after a ball is thrown instead of a timer
Setting the time between effects in the admin panel to 0 will cause the effects to change after every ball is thrown
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where The flags would overflow onto the next lane
Fixed a bug where the Android app would crash if more data was being sent than expected
Fixed an issue with the Marigold Lane Effect where the leaves would not react to the ball
Fixed a bug in the Fieldgoal Kicker effect where the football would go to the left lane from the right lane, and added a victory and a failure animation
